Book Club
As our church hears sermon series’ on Sundays, it is a value of our community to also dig into a helpful book to explore deeper teaching relating to the ideas of the series, answer some of our questions, and provide a safe space to ask our own.
We will read the book at a workable pace, with some helpful readings and reflections to accompany along the way, with one or two video calls for discussion and questions as a group along the way.
Fall 2025 Schedule:
Reading will begin after our Sunday gathering on October 13th.
There will be 2 video calls for discussion; one halfway through reading at the beginning of November, and one at the end of the reading.
The book we will be reading together is called “The Screwtape Letters” by C.S. Lewis. Lewis was a 20th century British writer, scholar, and lay theologian who is considered among the most influential Christian writers and thinkers of the last 100 years.
